Can I request a specific unit or bedroom?
Leases are for a specific floor plan type (2x2 B2 Private View, 3x3 C1 campus View, Studio 17th floor, etc). If you have a unit or bedroom preference you are welcome to note it in your application, however we are unable to guarantee such requests.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my lease?
Please contact the One on Centre Leasing Office for assistance. Our team is happy to help explain any section of your lease and answer your questions to ensure you have a thorough understanding. Please know that all lease language is written by state specific industry experts and reviewed by legal counsel. Individual changes to the standard lease are not possible.
Will you send me a bill for each installment?
We do not send any invoices, but for your convenience, you can use our online resident portal to check your balance at any time. However, payment is due the first of the month and is considered late after 10:00 AM on the 6th.
Do you allow pets?
One on Centre is a pet friendly community! Permitted animals must weigh no more than 50 lbs. and aggressive breeds are not permitted. No more than one animal is permitted in a bedroom and no more than two animals are permitted in an apartment. For a full list of perks, visit our amenities page.
